I have a collaborative approach when working with people who are struggling to find a healthy balance in all areas of their lives.  I will help you understand your patterns that are helpful and patterns that are no longer serving you and becoming problematic.  Creating and building empathy for yourself will help you begin to learn what you want and need out of relationships.  Increasing your confidence in setting healthy limits and boundaries will help strengthen and preserve you and your relationships.  While working together you can begin to move toward feeling less weighed down, and feel more connected with yourself and with others around you in a way that you can enjoy and be fully present.
